Responsibilities:

Responsible in building and maintaining rapport and providing exceptional customer service when attending to buyers' enquiries, complains and/or purchasing of used cars.
Selling and promoting of used cars in aid of monthly sales KPI's being set.
Taking charge of loan processing and keeping customers well-informed on its status.
Involved in weekly sales reporting to the respective branch manager pertaining weekly sales activities, prospects, etc.
In charged of all aspects in cleanliness and maintenance of the showroom.
Compliance to SOP's and all sales process requirement.
