Registered Valuer / Valuation Manager
 

Responsibilities:

• Value all types of residential, commercial and industrial properties.
• Review and sign valuation reports.
• Train and supervise the Valuation Executives/Assistants, draughtman and other departmental staff in all aspects of valuation.
• Engage in business development.
• Assist the Directors in the planning, implementation, supervision and operations of the Company.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certificate in Property Valuation / Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• At least one year of post registration experience.
• Demonstrates dynamic, strong banking networking and leadership skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
