VB Programmer - Innovative Company

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain program in accordance with the design and its requirements.
• Participate in the complete software development life cycle.
• Develop accurate and efficient computer programs according to specifications.
• Understand client requirements for GUI/communication interface and create specifications based on these requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies based on such requirements.
• Prepare development documentation. (Functional, Program, and User Specifications)
• Maintain current knowledge of standard programming languages, coding methods, operational requirements.
• Assist in installation and deployment of system.
• Provide technical support.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Proficient in any of the programming language / technology: Java, Visual Basic, .NET, ASP.net, C/C++.
• Knowledge of the following language / technology such as: MySQL, Oracle, Web Services, is an added advantage.
• Good written & spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team with self initiative and positive attitude.
• Meticulous, discreet, professional attitude and willing to work extra hours.
• Must be analytical and a problem-solver.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
