Penerangan Pekerjaan - Vendor Account Manager

About the role

Join a leading multinational BPO supporting one of the world's largest e-commerce advertising platforms. You'll manage campaign performance for a portfolio of advertiser accounts — turning data into smarter decisions that drive real business outcomes.

If you enjoy working with numbers, optimising performance, and want exposure to a globally recognised ad platform, this is for you.

What you'll do

Optimise advertising campaigns across multiple ad formats (sponsored product, brand, and display)
Analyse campaign metrics — ROAS, CTR, conversion rates — and recommend improvements
Spot underperforming campaigns and build action plans to turn them around
Manage your pipeline and activities in Salesforce CRM
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign strategy and execution

Note: This role focuses purely on campaign performance and analytics — you'll work with internal teams, not directly with end advertisers.

What we're looking for

4–6 years in sales, marketing, or digital advertising
Experience with e-commerce or online ad platforms (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Bilingual Mandarin & English — verbal and written
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable in Excel and with performance data
Bachelor's degree or above
