Video Content Creator - Collaborative Environment

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our brand and marketing lead to generate ideas for video content across social media platforms. 
• Plan and arrange video content in social media calendar in advance to ensure seamless execution.
• Take charge of execution process from production, shooting to editing. 
• Analyse performance metrics for video content to identify trends for improvement in future content strategies. 
• Work alongside designers, and cross-functional teams on various branding, marketing, and partnership projects.
• Create and edit content to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all communication channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, popular culture, and marketing best practices.
• Handle other ad-hoc creative duties or projects as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Art, Creative Multimedia or equivalent is required. 
• 2 years of experience in videography and content creation industry, preferably in a marketing or creative agency.
• Able to work with variety of creative tools like Adobe, Capcut, and Filmora. 
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in collaborating across multiple disciplines including branding, communications, products, and production.
• Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English (speak/write/read) as this role will deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
