Requirements:-Demonstrated experience in video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your storytelling skills and creative vision.-Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and a keen eye for detail. (Has the eye of aesthetic is a bonus)-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.-Deep understanding of the Social Media (Instagram/Facebook/Tiktok) platform and its audience dynamics, with a passion for creating content that resonates with viewers.-Previous experience managing Social Media (Instagram/Facebook/Tiktok) channel or producing viral videos would be a significant advantage.Responsibilities:-Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging video content for our Social Media channel, driving brand awareness and audience engagement.-Create video graphics for all video production (interview videos, marketing, motion graphics and etc)-Able to film video on site and have a good video filming technique-Create motion graphic and 2D graphic-Able to source music and sound effect-Collaborate closely with the team to develop innovative concepts and execute them flawlessly.-Oversee the entire production process, from brainstorming sessions to final edits, ensuring that all content meets our high standards for quality and creativity.-Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to continuously elevate our content strategy.-Optimize videos for SEO and audience retention, maximizing our reach and impact on the platform.
