Job Description

Plan and execute video shoots, ensuring high-quality footage and capturing the desired content.
Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for video/photo shoots.
Collaborate with the creative team to determine the best visual approach for each project.
Edit video footage, adding visual effects, transitions, graphics, and sound to create engaging and polished videos.
Ensure a consistent and cohesive visual style that aligns with the organization's branding and objectives.
Ensure the final video products meet the highest quality standards in terms of visual and audio quality.
Create a content strategy that is in line with the company brand goals and the preferences of the target audience in order to increase brand awareness.
Maintain and oversee the proper care and maintenance of video production equipment.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marcom. Videographer or Multimedia Designer field.
At least 1 – 2 years working experience in related field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to work independently or in a team based on the project requirements.
A passion for design and creativity. Experience in video creation, editing, and shooting is required.
Hardworking, fast learner, team player, good listener and follower, creative, efficient and time management.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, among other programs.
