What You Bring:

• Qualifications: Diploma with 1-year experience or SPM/O-Level with at least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience: Previous roles in customer service or contact/call centers are encouraged.
• Languages: Proficiency in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, Tamil, and Mandarin.
• Traits: Positive attitude, enthusiasm, attention to detail, responsibility, trustworthiness, ethical behavior, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Skills: Attentiveness, empathy, patience, consistency, persuasiveness, excellent telephone manners, and strong communication skills.
• Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on public holidays and weekends (ROTATIONAL SHIFT BASIS; 8AM – 12AM).
• Transport: Reliable transportation arrangements.
• Availability: Ready to start immediately.
