VP of Marketing - Hiring Now

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and creative VP of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the recreational card games and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. As the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for promoting our international tournaments, increasing brand awareness, and engaging our target audience through various marketing channels. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote international tournaments and events.
• Manage social media platforms, ensuring engaging and relevant content is posted regularly.
• Design and oversee advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and broadcast.
• Collaborate with external partners and sponsors to maximize marketing opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences.
• Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, and online ads.
• Organize promotional events to increase brand visibility and player participation.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to ensure objectives are met.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment.
• Work closely with the event management team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably within the gaming, sports, or entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge and a passion for card games is highly desirable. 
• Able to travel (Out of Malaysia) frequently to events' locations.
