Job Description

• Perform in-depth analysis on Secured and Unsecured IL calculation methodology.

• Track and monitor performance of Secured and Unsecured accounts under Risk Mitigation Program (RMP)

• Develop and maintain Collection front end and recovery collection strategy by introducing decision trees for Mortgage, Cards and Personal Loans. Liaise with Collection team to introduce Champion vs. Challenger test for each new strategy. Track, present and propose solution for test results.

• Collection productivity and trend reporting, Portfolio Quarterly Reporting with in-depth analysis, comments and solutions.

• Track performance of abandoned property’s account, liaise with Collection to raise full IL soonest for NPL account under abandoned projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Statistics, Accounting, Business Information System or related discipline.

• At least 5 years working experience in banking and collection strategy / risk management / data analytics

• SAS programming skills is a must.

• Strong in MS Office especially Words, Excel and Power Point

• Excellent writing and presentation skills.

• Incline with numbers and ability to analyze in depth and propose solutions

• Ability to drive projects and meet deadlines.

• Familiar with BNM’s credit policy & procedures in loan impairment, restructuring, relief and AKPK areas.

• Professional credit certification from AICB  or any relevant certification is an added advantage.
