Job Description

• Manage a portfolio of large corporate clients by building long-term relationships and providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure client satisfaction by identifying their banking needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand the bank’s presence in the market through regional cross selling/out bound referral.
• Stay updated on changes in the financial industry and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on client activities and market trends.
• Collaborate with other departments within the bank to provide seamless service delivery.
• To be able to offer basket of solutions based on need based of clients including debt capital solutioning, ECM, structured trade financing amongst others.
