Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring they feel valued and welcome.
• Ensure food items are served at the correct temperature and maintain quality.
• Adhere to timing standards for food preparation and service to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline service and increase table turnover.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations for food and beverage selection.
• Serve guests hospitably, anticipating their needs.
• Using a positive suggestive sales approach to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue.
• Clearing tables, maintaining table cleanliness, and promptly bussing tables to prepare for the next guests.
• Implement strategies to minimize waste and control costs.
• Assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Delivering food and beverages to tables as needed, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Following all cash handling policies and procedures accurately and honestly.
• Report to work on time, in uniform, and maintain a professional appearance.

Job requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or relevant qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Disciplined, self-motivated and keen to learn.
• Able to work shifts, public holidays & weekends.
• Good working attitude and pleasant disposition.
