1st Walk In-Interview - Klang Valley Region: -

Date                : 03rd & 04th May 2024 (Friday & Saturday)

Time               : 10am - 5pm

Location         : AEON Hall Shah Alam (Level 3, Near Rocky Base Camp) 

2nd Walk In-Interview Schedule - Klang Valley Region: -

Date                : 10th & 11th May 2024 (Friday & Saturday)

Time               : 10am - 5pm

Location         : AEON Mall Taman Maluri Meeting Room 

                          (Level 3, Near MR.DIY outlet)                           

3rd Walk In-Interview Schedule - Northern Region: -

Date                : 17th & 18th May 2024 (Friday & Saturday)

Time               : 10am - 5pm

Location         : AEON Mall Bukit Mertajam Meeting Room 

                          (Level 1, Near As-Sufiyah/Hanzo outlet)    

4th Walk In-Interview Schedule - Southern Region: -

Date                : 24th & 25th May 2024 (Friday & Saturday)

Time               : 10am - 5pm

Location         : AEON Mall Tebrau City Meeting Room 

                          (Level 1, Near The Bag Shop outlet)

Job Responsibilities: -

• 6 months intensive training covering the principles of Operations and Management - to develop skills & knowledge in retail industry. 
• To learn about Selling Floor and Backroom Management, Inventory Control and Ordering, Manpower Management and Customer Service. 
• To learn about business strategy - Product displays and merchandise management 
• To ensure smoothness of day to day operation.  

Job Requirements: - 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field or equivalent.
• Good in verbal and written communication skills. 
• Enthusiast and agile to work with minimum supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Words, Excel & PowerPoint. 
• Posses great time-management and self discipline.
• Applicants must be willing to work at any of our AEON Stores Nationwide.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply for this position.
• This position is a Six (6) months Contract position & will be absorbed to the permanent role upon completion of the program.
