- Coordinate and work with the team for the end-to-end warehouse processes
- Stock handling, storing, and order dispatching, logistics coordination and quality control on a timely basis
- To coordinate, monitor & assist in the “Pick, Pack, Ship” activities
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping and workplace safety
- Ensure periodical stock takes are carried out and noted down accurately
- Ensure implementation & compliance of Warehouse policies, procedures including but not limited to new initiatives/procedures as well as ensure work standards are met
- Work closely with Line-manager & frontline operations to ensure smooth daily operations
- Communicate with internal operation team on daily operation activities / issue and solving problems
- Update day to day report to Superior
- To perform other duties as assigned by Superior
