Penerangan Pekerjaan - Warehouse & Assembly Assistant

Role: Warehouse Operations & Hydraulic Hose Assembly

Location: KL / Klang / Selangor

Working hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm; Sat half-day when required; Sun off

Key Responsibilities:

Handle hands-on warehouse operations including receiving, checking, putaway, picking and stock counting.

Manage packing, labelling and dispatch according to order instructions.

Learn and operate hose cutting and crimping machines to produce hydraulic hose assemblies.

Select correct hoses, fittings and dies according to orders.

Perform basic quality checks on finished assemblies, including visual and dimensional checks.

Maintain warehouse 5S, safety, cleanliness and stock accuracy.

Conduct daily maintenance and inspection of crimping/cutting equipment and tools.

Use basic ERP functions to coordinate physical stock movements and ensure physical stock matches system records.

Report damaged goods, shortages, stock discrepancies, equipment faults and other abnormalities.

Support ad-hoc warehouse activities and stock verification.

Requirements:

Diploma or above; Malaysian citizen.

Comfortable with hands-on warehouse/factory work.

Strong practical/machining ability and willing to learn hydraulic hose crimping.

No prior crimping experience required; training provided.

Basic ERP knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

Basic English for product labels and work documents.

Hardworking, disciplined, hands-on and able to follow onsite instructions.

Warehouse/factory experience is preferred.
