Warehouse & Logistics Manager (Manufacturing)

• Develop and manage production plans based on demand forecasts and operational capacity
  
• Validate monthly production plans and align schedules with sales requirements
  
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to ensure optimal stock availability
  
• Lead and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch
  
• Ensure efficient handling and storage of raw materials, packaging materials, WIP, and finished goods
  
• Manage third -party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring cost efficiency and service performance
  
• Lead, coach, and develop planning and warehouse teams to achieve operational targets
  
• Plan and manage departmental budgets, manpower, and resources effectively
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field
  
• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, and warehouse management
  
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, demand planning, and warehouse operations (Manufacturing)
  
• Familiar with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools
  
• Strong analytical, problem -solving, and decision -making skills
  
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving operational improvements
  
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
