Warehouse Assistant

Warehousing, Storage & Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations including receiving, packing, and shipping processes.
• Develop and implement effective inventory management procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize inventory costs.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Implement cost control measures and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and maintain effective communication with external partners such as suppliers and transportation companies.
• Prepare and submit warehouse operational reports, including inventory data and cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labour, safety, and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant warehouse management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and processes.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer software and warehouse management systems.
• Analytical and cost management abilities.
• Attention to detail, methodical, and responsible.
