- Candidate must possess with minimum Diploma or Degree/Higher in Logistic/Warehouse or in any related field.
- At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent and strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
- Able to operate Forklift is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SimBiz System is an advantage.
- Supervise store team and allocates and responsibility.
- Applicants must willing to work in Semenyih Hi-Tech.
- Must process own transport.
- Start ASAP.
Responsibility
- Manage and lead the day to day operational requirement of the warehouse.
- Monitor daily incoming shipment & delivery.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to including warehouse.
- Planning routes and load scheduling with multi-drop deliveries.
- Maintain & look after the Company Transport facilities are maintained periodically.
- Ensure stock accuracy and keep stock control system up to date.
- Manage the inventory management, perform physical stock take and physical disposal of damage items and other warehouse processes.
- Planning inbound & outbound shipment projects.
- Monitoring the quality, quantity and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
- Allocating and managing resources, storage and distribution of goods according to changing needs.
- Managing budgets, organizing schedules & routes, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements and making sure that sub-contractor or outsource drivers are of their duties and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms.
- Analyzing logistical problems and plan improvement and demand.
- Ensuring goods are stored safely and keeping accurate stock movement records.
- Liaising and coordinating with customers and supplier.
- Supervise store team and allocates and responsibility.
