Warehouse Assistant Supervisor - Exciting Challenge

Job Specifications

1. Supervise all warehouse activities, overseeing staff to maximize productivity.
2. Verify that finished goods prepared for delivery match the D/O in quantity and code before loading onto trucks or containers.
3. Supervision, training, and direct assistance of warehouse operations which include, but not limited to, loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, picking and etc.
4. Responsible for coordinating all activities related to movement of truck for FG loading especially express delivery.
5. Ensure proper maintenance of facility equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary.
6. Conduct regular physical inventory counts with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory levels.
7. Coordinate, communicate, and report with other departments (Sales Marketing, Quality Assurance, Production) for customer sample arrangements, loading-related quality issues, etc.
8. Enforce consistent adherence to procedures, company policies, and best practices.
9. Assist in controlling and maintaining FIFO stock for finished goods.
10. Uphold 5S housekeeping standards.
11. Complete additional assignments as required by the superior.

Job Qualifications

1. Possess Certificate/ in Supply Chain/ Procurement/Marketing/Business Administration/Business Studies or any other related fields.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing.
3. Applicants should be able to handle Microsoft Office.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. 
6. Candidate must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
