Warehouse Executive - Collaborative Environment

Job description & responsibilities :

• Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews
• Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems
• Identifying warehouse system improvements.
• Responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing and delivering items
• Monitors and controls all the warehouse operations and activities are carried out in the most efficient and effective manner with accuracy and within the required lead-time
• Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data
• Ensure that all activities related to storage and replenishment are within the set guidelines of handling and safety measures
• Ensure and comply to Company policies, ISO 9001, 14001 & 16949 Standard Procedures

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years working experience in managing warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment is a Must.
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
• Required skill(s): customer service and relationship management, Proficient in MS Excel, ERP system.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in electronics manufacturing/ OEM/ EMS field is required for this position.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Customer focused and oriented.
