Job Requirement

• Diploma / High School Certificate
• Min 1 year experience in related field

Job Description

• Control and record daily stocks movement for finished goods as well as raw material.
• Pick and packing of goods according to daily incoming orders and according to customer requirement
• Schedule and arrange timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers, as well as verifying goods receipt/pick up by collector/courier service
• Navigate applications to determine the best delivery routing based on daily delivery request
• Prepare daily delivery request and courier delivery request form
• Filing of documents according to ISO requirement 
• Managing stocks/Materials receiving/return from supplier or customer and update documentation accordingly 
• Assisting with the loading and offloading of materials and stocks from supplier and self-delivery 
• Arrange, coordinate and sending of company van for servicing/inspection according to maintenance schedule
• Responsible on the cleanliness, repair and maintenance of company van 
• Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date
• Interact with clients politely and professionally at all times
• Ensure company van is always fueled and ready for use
• Ensure outgoing of stocks from strongroom base on FIFO practice 
• Assisting and support other printing/packing activities as when required 
• Holding combination password to strongroom as part of dual diligent control
• Assist in tender sample submission and other adhoc delivery as when required
