WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE - Energetic Workplace

Job Responsibility:

1. Assists Logistics Manager to supervise and oversee warehouse operations, inventory and manpower.

2. Ensure accuracy of inventory by checking and analyzing monthly inventory report. 

3. Conducts physical inventory, compare result with computerized inventory, and reconciles if different.

a) Follow up on regular cycle count with local Warehouse Manager.

b) Analyze cycle count data for integrity conformance.

4. Ensure all stock is stored in correct location inside the warehouse.

5. Perform inspection at the warehouse grounds to:

a) Enforces operating instructions and safety policy.

b) Keep the warehouse area tidy and clean.

c) Always ready the warehouse for regulatory audit.

6. Any other assignment given from time to time.

Requirement:

1. Good organization and leadership skills and attention to details.

2. Time management skills and the ability to delegate.

3. Ability to anticipate and resolve problems.

4. Minimum diploma or equivalent experience.  

5. Fresh graduate in logistics and warehouse management study to be considered.

6. At least 2 years of relevant experience in handling warehouse operations.

7. Experience and familiarity in warehouse operation of garment factory is an added advantage.

8. Willing to travel to Cambodia and Vietnam as at when needed.

9. Compensation offer subjected to relevant experience and job scope assigned.
