Warehouse Executive - (FMCG Industry) - Rapid Progression

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of Warehouse Inbound, Warehouse Outbound, and Trade Return Operations, ensuring adherence to SOP.
• Oversee and guarantee precise receipt, storage, replenishment, fulfillment, and returns.
• Address operational issues and devise solutions.
• Supervise daily activities of warehouse staff.
• Manage, assess, and report on warehouse performance, productivity, and costs.
• Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare necessary documentation.
• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse grounds.
• Coordinate and maintain Material Handling Equipment.
• Ensure adherence to basic maintenance standards and health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate daily cycle counts and/or stock take processes, including preparation.
• Maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demands.
• Serve as a key interface between multiple parties, taking proactive actions to deliver business results.
• Control departmental operations budget and monitor expenses.
• Implement continuous cost-saving initiatives, focusing on process efficiency and savings.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business, or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and logistics industry experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FMCG (Foods and Home Care).
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work well within a team.
• Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
