Warehouse Executive, Logistics

• Work and communicate closely with Warehouse Operation and Administration Dept.
• Supervision of the order picking, checking, packing, labelling and staging.
• Responsible for ensuring that the highest levels of productivity and order accuracy are attained by the warehouse assistants.
• Assisting other team members when necessary. 
• Ensure that all warehouse operational and safety processes are followed.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping are maintain at all time.
• Closely monitor and track all outbound orders and returns, updating the respective person in charge as well as daily, weekly and monthly reporting of orders status and outbound KPI’s.
• Responsible to track all discrepancies that are reported, and investigation are carried out.
• Ensure proper documentation is available for all outbound shipments.
• Ensure proper documentation filings for easy retrieval.
• Responsible to ensure all outbound orders are PGIed and Returns are GRed in system on timely manner within the KPI lead time.
• Responsible to monitor, track and replenish all warehouse packaging materials.
• Promote a safe and disciplined working environment.
• Willing to work on alternate Saturday and do Over Time (OT) when necessary.
• Willing to work on shift basis (weekly rotation).

-        Shift A – 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) and 8.30am to 1pm (Saturday)

-        Shift B – 11.30am to 8.30pm (Monday to Friday)

• Monitoring and tracking of KPI’s.
• Other duties and responsibilities as determined by the Superior as & when the need arises.

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in warehouse operations role.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Knowledge in SAP System is a must.
• Proficiency in computer software especially Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Self-driven, dynamic and eager to learn.
• Be experienced with knowledge in Good Warehouse Practices.
• Excellent communication, process management and supervision skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
