Warehouse Executive - Start Immediately

Responsibilities

• Responsible for warehouse receiving and ensure that all goods delivered to the company are in good condition, with proper documentation and stored in the designated area as required.
• To coordinate with Sales Coordinator to fulfil daily deliveries accordingly to the daily delivery schedule
• To manage the movement of all returnable items (pallets, trays, cartons and others) 
• Responsible on accurate receiving, return processing and on time delivery as based on time frames set
• To inspect all goods going out from plant 
• To inspect the Quantity of goods being loaded into the lorry as per the Delivery Order (DO) / Picking Lists 
• Coordinate with transporters, in ensuring all daily orders to be picked, loaded correctly and delivered as per agreed timeline
• Coordinate with own drivers, in ensuring daily orders are delivered correctly and as per agreed timeline
• To ensure daily housekeeping of the warehouse is being carried out
• Any other duties assigned by the company as and when deemed necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in warehousing and logistics 
• Possess experience in receiving/issuing/storing of materials
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin
• Good knowledge in Stock Checking Procedure or equivalent
• Must have good English written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work long hours as and when required
• Computer literate – Excel / Words / Power Point
