Requirement
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of warehouse or retail management experience,
- Possess managerial experience in supervising and or in other retail operations will be added value,
- Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making skills,
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills both written and verbal,
- Chinese speaker is highly recommended.
Job Description
- Lead and guide warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations, policy adherence, and target achievement,
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet store demands without overstocking or shortages,
- Oversee the receiving and dispatching of product, goods and merchandise to ensure timely deliveries,
- Provide leadership to warehouse staff, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards,
- Collaborate with outlet managers to understand inventory needs and address any issues,
- Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular training for warehouse personnel,
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and analyze data for improvement,
- Ensure timely deliveries and promptly resolve any store concerns,
- Continuously strive to optimize warehouse operations for efficiency and effectiveness and store teams.
