Key Roles:

• Control stock distribution among HQ, warehouses and branches through AO approval and planning. 
• Generate monthly reports on stock holding and provision.   
• Conduct stock take monthly report submission.
• Conduct write-off activity for obsolete parts.
• Place order including GR for warehouse consumables and accessories.
• Warehouse and branches store space optimization.
• Plan for warehouse management system including bin location updates to assists for smooth warehouse operations.
• Monitor and 5S on overall documentation matters.

• Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Degree and above.
• Preferably with min. 1 year of working experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training are provided.
• Computer literate: MS Office.
• Team player, dynamic, mature with positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Disciplined and working flexibility.
• Required Skill(s): Excellent communication and follow up skill, good problem solving skill, multi-tasking, self-motivated with ability to work independently and result-oriented.
