About the role

This role is responsible for leading the Finished Goods (FG) operations team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment for local, export, and intercompany customers.It involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, managing shipping documentation, monitoring inventory accuracy, overseeing inbound and outbound logistics activities, resolving operational and customer issues, and ensuring OTIF delivery performance. The role also drives process compliance, supports continuous improvement initiatives, maintains effective communication across the supply chain, provides training to team members, manages customer complaints through SAP, and prepares operational reports and presentations for management review.

Key responsibilities

• Lead FG team for accurately processes all orders for local and export customers and inter plant transfer.


• Proactively communicates with Transport Planner, Supply Chain, Customer Service Team, Transporter, Forwarder and QA regarding order status, product availability, product information, delivery arrangement or any other matters related to delivery.  


• Coordinates activities with all relevant department as needed to ensure timely shipments of orders.


• Lead the team to accurately prepares all required documents including shipping mark, pallet ID, gate pass, pick list, invoice, COA and delivery order.  


• Monitor daily order status reports for internal use to ensure OTIF order fulfilment


• Maintains complete, accurate and organized order by keeping all the relevant photos of all shipments.


• Regularly provides the Line Manager/Superior with relevant information regarding activities, problems, issues related to orders, picking, product availability, quality, and delivery.


• Monitor timely PGR & PGI for inbound and outbound shipments.


• Provide discrepancy and damage report from inbound shipment and mishandling stock damage to ensure accurate inventory availability.


• Work closely with inventory management to immediately close all the stock variance issue.


• Ensure policies and procedures are fully deployed and adhered to improve efficiency of order management, measure time for order to delivery for the customer and manage expectations to improve lead time


• Track the order status to ensure delivery commitments are met and ensure effective communication on order status with relevant stakeholders


• Provides training to new team members on boarded.


• Response Customer Complaint via Quality Notifications in SAP.


• Execute and update INTERLEX system for required process.


• Prepare monthly operations activities presentation slides for Management SPW/Internal review.

Qualifications and skills

• To succeed in the Warehouse Supervisor role, you will need to have a strong background of managing customer orders and shipment aspects.


• Minimum Diploma in business management or SPM with PASS or related field of studies. 


• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading warehousing operations or Logistic field with stocks movements. 


• Strong familiarity with ERP (Eg. SAP) usage for order management activities 


• Excellent influencing and follow-up skills and demonstrates strong agility 


• Highly customer and business oriented 


• Knowledge of logistics processes is a requirement 


• Showcases leadership qualities, highly organized, process driven and analytical in problem solving 


• Has a positive approach, self-motivated, a team player and possesses high level of integrity
