Warehouse Supervisor - Collaborative Environment

Job Responsibilities: 

• Oversee team of inventory or warehouse employees, enhancing and maintaining high level of productivity and safety at the workspace Supervise teams of inventory or warehouse employees and promote and maintain high levels of productivity and safety throughout the workspace; 
• Be responsible for inventory planning, organization, implementation of inventory counting work, ensuring process control, and effective results Responsible for the planning, organization, and implementation of inventory work, the process is controllable, and the results are effective; 
• Manage inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels; 
• Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages to anticipate inventory problems and shortages; 
• Identify and salvage slow-moving or obsolete inventory; 
• Managing scrap to reduce the volume of scrap generated; 
• Be responsible for planning and implementing warning plans for the designated area, advancing inventory control work Responsible for the planning and implementation of early warning in the area of responsibility, and promote inventory control; 
• Be responsible for production planning-related tasks, including maintenance work such as production planning, material planning, and inventory management maintenance work such as material planning and inventory management;
• Be responsible for issuing production orders, scheduling, tracking deliveries, and handling delivery warnings Cooperate with managers to complete production planning and optimize warehouse systems and other related work. 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 2 years or more of relevant work experience in warehouse management in the electronics industry (experience in Planning is a plus) College degree or above, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in warehousing and plan management in the electronics industry; 
• Good English and Malay communication skills, proficiency in Mandarin is also required Good communication skills in English, Malay and Chinese;
