Warehouse Supervisor/ Executive - Urgent

Warehouse department functions includes the managing of warehouse staff, receiving and distribution operations but is not exhaustive to include the following:-

Job Description:

• Responsible to supervise, control and manage the efficient operation of raw materials store and packaging material store
• Responsible on preparing of SOPs and training to all related staff
• Responsible on monitoring of temperature and humidity, cleanliness of storage area and to handle logistics agreement
• Responsible on verifying equipment calibration and assets tagging
• To update and monitor inventory system to ensure minimal variance between records and physical stocks
• Responsible material availability for production, material planning and loading of orders
• Prepare, analyze and submit monthly/ quarterly reports on inventory, aging valuation, order delivery and service provider performance
• Experience with internal and external audits, ISO, Safety Health & Environmental, HIARO programme
• Interface and coordinate with various departments. Accomplish tasks assigned and departmental objectives
• Suppliers and customers on Purchase Orders, Schedules and Deliveries

Job requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Logistics Management or equivalent is preferred
• Candidate specializing in GMP plant environment is an advantage
• Candidate who is able to start work immediately or at an early date is preferred
• Able to operate forklift and reach truck/ forklift is an advantage
