Job Description

• Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt of delivery orders, storage, inventory checks, and ensure inventory levels are consistent with records.
• Warehouse 5S Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and efficient space utilization of the warehouse.
• Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately enter data into the system and maintain orderly records of delivery orders and related documents.
• Safety and Security Management: Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse, complying with company and legal safety standards.
• Task Completion and Quality Control: Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards. Regularly evaluate and improve operational processes.
• On-Site Performance Management: Monitor and enhance the on-site performance of the warehouse team, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
• Performance Appraisal: Conduct regular performance appraisals for team members, based on criteria such as task completion, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Communication and Feedback: Maintain effective communication within the team and provide feedback through various channels, including written communication like email or WeChat.
• Skill Development: Encourage and monitor the skill development of team members, utilizing tools like skill matrix evaluations.

Job Requirement

• Educational Background: SPM or equivalent, preferably with a focus in logistics or warehousing.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a related field, with experience in warehouse management.
• Inventory Skills: Proficiency in inventory control and management.
• Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (BM).
• Construction project material management experience
• Familiar with the process of material circulation
• Warehouse logistics experience in the engineering and electromechanical equipment industries
• Proficient in operating Office software (especially Excel), and sensitive to data
• LEAN certified is preferred
