Warehouse Supervisor - Professional Development Opportunities

ACCOUNTABILITY

• Ensure the warehouse, equipment, vehicles, and company property are properly maintained and the expenses are tracked and controlled.
• Provide training, supervise, and evaluate warehouse employees; assign workload to warehouse workers through proper communication and collaboration.
• Plan and manage all warehouse maintenance repair and installation activities.
• Work closely with Branch Business Managers to ensure the daily warehouse operation is running smoothly and performs zero error. This includes the schedule of delivering and receiving, product repacking (price tag, tax stamp), stock take report, distribution of equipment and supplies, and maintenance of inventory.
• Assist management in establishing warehouse SOP, observe health and safety regulations (including warehouse security, and safekeeping of all the keys), and ensure the warehouse is in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Monitor and ensure warehouse documentation in & out of stock is recorded and up to date.
• Monitor stock expiry date, and perform FIFO methodology, and create inventory storage.
• Maintain excellent relationships with related departments of government.
• Lead and manage a strong team of employees in the branch warehouse to maximize productivity.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

• Minimum Diploma
• 3 years of related experience
• Must know about driving truck, forklift & van
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team leadership and organizational skills
• Proven experience in coordinating and operating skills
• Possess decision-making and problem-solving skills
