Warranty Executive (Automotive Industry)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Warranty Administrator to join our team in Damansara City Mall.

Key Responsibilities

• Process claims for validity and accuracy in a timely manner.

• Process all necessary documents pertaining to warranty claims, payables, and parts for every warranty claim.

• Review all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verify criteria compliance.

• Maintain detailed notes about warranty issues.

• Understand standard warranty coverages and purchased coverages.

• Perform administrative duties from ordering to arrival, submission of reimbursement, and issuing notification to owners.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive warranty administration or related field preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice to Have

• Experience in the automotive industry or related field.

• Certification in sales or marketing.

5 days a week

Salary
Basic: RM3,000 per month
KPI allowance: Up to RM300
