Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:
  
• Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for weddings and events.
• Conduct venue tours, showcasing the unique features and benefits of MCW Events Sdn Bhd.
• Event Planning and Coordination:
  
• Develop detailed itineraries and timelines for events, ensuring all aspects are meticulously planned.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
• Sales and Closing:
  
• Present and promote wedding and event packages to potential clients.
• Close sales deals, working towards commission-based targets.
• Maintain strong follow-up with potential and existing clients to build long-term relationships.
• Creative Input:
  
• Provide creative ideas and solutions to enhance the event experience.
• Customize wedding and event packages to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Communication and Presentation:
  
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Dress professionally and appropriately for client meetings and events.
• Provide clear and concise information about the venue, packages, and services offered.
• Customer Service:
  
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the planning and execution process.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during events with professionalism and composure.
• Product Knowledge:
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in weddings and events.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the venue’s features, wedding packages, and service offerings.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
