Workshop Engineer (Electrical Engineer) - Collaborative Environment

Key Responsibilities:

· Assistance in Engineering Tasks: Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians in developing, and improving products or processes.

· Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of workshop tools, machinery, and equipment. Including performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and coordinating repairs when necessary.

· Quality Control: Participate in quality control processes by inspecting and testing products to ensure they meet specified standards and requirements. Document any deviations or defects.

· Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment. Identify potential safety hazards and report them to the appropriate authorities.

· Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts needed for workshop operations. Order supplies as necessary and track their usage.

· Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documents, including reports, manuals, and work instructions. Keep records of equipment maintenance, calibration, and performance data.

· Problem Solving: Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions to ensure the efficient operation of machinery and equipment.

· Training and Development: Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through training programs and on-the-job learning.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or any other related field.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Effective communication and teamwork skills.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

· Candidate must read and write in Mandarin.
