5. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
6. Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe and compliant working environment by adhering to all relevant safety standards and regulations. Maintain documentation related to safety protocols and compliance.
7. Budget and Cost Control: Monitor and control workshop expenses to meet budgetary targets while maintaining service quality. Provide input for financial reports and budget planning.
