Yield Technician - Immediate Start

Primary Responsibilities :

• Analyse data from manufacturing processes vs defect rate/ yield performance. Basic excel skill for simple graph plotting and data analysis.
• Prepare weekly reports for yield meeting with customer presentations, and documentation to communicate yield performance, improvement initiatives, and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams. Present findings and recommendations in meetings and reviews.
• Analyse yield data and identify root causes of yield loss. Work closely with process engineers to optimize manufacturing processes for improved yield.
• Attend machine downtime for daily operation. Perform preventive maintenances on cleaning equipment. Ensure that equipment is maintained in optimal working condition to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. 
• Calibrate and validate equipment according to established procedures and protocols. Perform routine checks and adjustments to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurements and data.

Qualification & Experience :

• Education Requirement: Diploma and above.
• Technical Skill Requirement: Microsoft Excel Skill (Vlookup, Pivot Table), Microsoft PowerPoint Skill.
• Experience/Soft Skill: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively within a team and across different teams to coordinate personnel and task.
• Ability to troubleshoot a variety of machinery and equipment effectively to diagnose and resolve technical issues. 
• Proficiency in utilizing scopes or similar diagnostic tools to interpret data and troubleshoot technical problems accurately.
