Brand Marketing Manager
Working Hour : 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)
Location: Johor Bahru , Seri Austin
Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing retail company ,known for delivering high-quality fashion and lifestyle products. They are seeking a committed Brand Marketing Manager to join their team. Your primary role is to develop, implement, and oversee the marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
Job Responsibility:
- Design and executive marketing campaign including promotions, and joint business plans with trade partners and brand owners
- Develop long-term vision and strategy and translate them into commercial plans. Own the creation of the execution plan, annual and brand plans.
- Analyze brand Profit and Loss (P&L) and Implement strategies to enhance profitability and achieve financial targets
- Leading in managing social media platforms of the Company including layout positioning, content planning and management.
- Create and execute customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Plan and manage PR initiatives to boost media coverage and brand visibility.
- Lead and partner with internal and external functions (Merchandising, Marketing, Retails, etc.) to develop brand direction, impactful product launches, channel / geographic expansion plans, and go-to-market strategies.
- Mentor and manage the marketing team, addressing day-to-day operational challenges.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in fashion brand marketing.
- Strong understanding of Google SEO, SEM, analytics, YouTube optimizations, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
