Penerangan Pekerjaan - Property Sales & Marketing Executive

Formulate, organize, and develop sales activities by identifying property trends and new market opportunities
Meet monthly and quarterly personal sales targets set by the management
Ensure the sales gallery and show unit(s) are in tip top condition
Participate in any sales launching, event, roadshow, exhibition, and station at the sales gallery in accordance with the working hours and duty roster.
Attend to all matters pertaining to sales from initial inquiry to execution of documents.
Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the stipulated period.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
To prepare report such as weekly & monthly sales report, activities report, work progress report and relevant reports or documentation that required by management.
Support the Marketing team in the implementation of the sales & marketing program and provide feedback on product and campaigns.
To assist real estate agency when required.
Willing to work on weekends.
To assist in handing over the VP of units process
To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior/management when required
