We are looking for a capable Business Development (Mandarin Speaker) to join our inspiring team at CARRO in UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor.

About your role

To support branch in achieving the following:

• Branch monthly budgeted revenue and throughput
• Other targets set out like Extended warranty sales / service package sales
• To measure the CSI score of the branch

Requirements

• Attend to incoming call volume and attend to non-voice work such as emails and social media interaction from customers e.g. queries, requests, service appointment, orders and complaints in a timely manner.
• Make outbound calls to customers & prospect with the aim of service retention, service follow up, recall campaign, recovery, acquisition, sales lead generation, sales follow up, walk-in & orders.
• Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded in the system.
• Maintain regular and proactive communication with internal colleagues and highlights any concerns to appropriate parties as and when required.
• Taking initiatives to keep updated with job knowledge by studying new product descriptions participating in educational opportunities.
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problems.
• Required language(s) : Mandarin & English. Successful candidate will need to liaise with customers directly.
