Conveyancing/Banking Lawyer/ Conveyancing Secretary/Executive/ Accounts Executive/Clerk

Job Description:

-Good remuneration, candidates with both retail and commercial banking experience will have advantage.
-Candidates responsible to liaise with client, banker/agent, developer and various government(s) department.
-To handle subsales, developer project , loan (including company loan), discharge of charge, perfection of transfer and charge and other conveyancing matter.
-Attending to client, correspondence, prepariing status report and other works assigned by the Firm from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1) Conveyancing/Banking Lawyer
-Assisting the Managing Partner in conveyancing, commercial matters, including attendance to clients, meeting and drafting.
-Opportunity to learn directly from Partner in commercial and conveyancing.
-Opportunity to travel.
-Fresh graduates and newly admitted lawyers are encouraged to apply.
-The ability to read and write Mandarin is an added advantage. 2) Conveyancing Secretary/Executive
-Able to work independently for sub-sale loan/SPA documentation independently.
-With at least 3-4 years and above experiences in sub-sale conveyancing files.
-Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities ie Registrar of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN, etc.
-Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu is a must. 3) Accounts Executive/Clerk
-Have experience in handling Legal Firm's accounts.
-Able to work independently, well organized & focused, honest, responsible and a team player.
-Attend to other legal and administrative work assigned by the Firm from time to time.
