Job Description:

- Good remuneration, candidates with both retail and commercial banking experience will have advantage.
- Candidates responsible to liaise with client, banker/agent, developer and various government(s) department.
- To handle subsales, developer project, loan (including company loan), discharge of charge, perfection of transfer and charge and other conveyancing matter.
- Attending to client, correspondence, preparing status report and others works assigned by the Firm from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1) Conveyancing/Banking Lawyer
- Assisting the Managing Partner in conveyancing, commercial matters, including attendance to clients, meeting and drafting.
- Opportunity to learn directly from Partner in commercial and conveyancing.
- Opportunity to travel.
- Fresh graduates and newly admitted lawyers are encouraged to apply.
- The ability to read and write Mandarin is an added advantage. 2) Conveyancing Secretary/Executive
- Able to work independently for sub-sale loan/SPA documentation independently.
- With at least 3-4 years and above experiences in sub-sale conveyancing files.
- Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities ie Registrar of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN, etc.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu is a must. 3) Chambering Student
- Qualified under Legal Professsion Act to commerce their Pupillage.
- Strong work ethics and positive working attitude.
- Legal research and prepare simple writs.
- Multi-tasked and committed to learn.
