Digital Marketing Manager

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all digital marketing channels. Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
• Responsible for maximizing demand across affiliates, PPC, display remarketing, SEO and paid social media through holistic approach and strategy
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budget allocations, as well as demand and ROAS projections
• Work closely with the brand, merchandising and e-commerce team to create the best digital marketing strategy of the product offering and promotional calendar
• Work closely with sales, e-commerce, marketing and social team to analyze the traffic and deliver successful digital campaigns
• Monitor and analyze campaign outcomes by utilising analytical and reporting tools to assess campaign performance
• Prepare reports on the performance of the marketing campaigns and, use data and insights to drive business decisions
• Develop new innovation opportunities and propositions that will create future growth and transformation across all digital channels
• Provide leadership and guidance on the team's direction by setting clear achievable goals
• Mentor team members and facilitate their growth and improvement, while addressing any performance or disciplinary issues
• Any other relevant duties as assigned, to meet the growing and changing needs of the business

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a digital marketing and/or advertising position
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is required
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Flexible and agile to adapt to changing demands of the market and industry
• Willing to work in Damansara Heights
