E-Commerce Executive

Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)

• Monitor and analyze merchandising performance across various e-commerce platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock allocation, replenishment planning, and inventory turnover, to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize stockouts.
• Utilize OTB (Open-To-Buy) strategies to forecast demand, allocate budgets, and make informed purchasing decisions to meet sales targets and minimize excess inventory.
• Optimize sell-through rates by analyzing product performance, identifying slow-moving items, and implementing markdown or promotion strategies to clear inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to coordinate product launches, promotions, and inventory replenishment activities.
• Conduct regular stock takes and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay informed about industry best practices and emerging opportunities in e-commerce merchandising.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce merchandising, inventory management, or related field, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize inventory performance.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail in managing inventory records and reconciling discrepancies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
