Job Description

• Responsible for setting monthly targets and proposing mechanics and activities to ensure targets are achieved
• Monitor platform activities and its overall performance to achieve goals, such as improving user experience, optimizing SEO, increasing website traffic and sales
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement across all platforms
• Assist in the planning and development of e-commerce projects and campaigns to ensure targets are met in accordance with deadlines. Evaluate the post-performances of the projects and campaigns including the data, product visits and conversion rate
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for ecommerce operations
• Provide analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
• Liaise and coordinate with various vendors regards e-commerce platform including payment gateway providers, courier services providers, web development vendors, IT solution partners, market places buyers and advertisement & promotion associates

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree or any equivalent academic (in related fields such as Commerce, Marketing, Business
• Minimum 3-5 years related work experience in related field, especially in E-Commerce.
• Good command of written and spoken English ( part of the job includes networking with key corporate personalities and drafting business proposals ).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data to deliver reporting and actionable insights
• Own transportation

Carlo Rino products are targeted to young working adults between the age of 18 and 35. The Carlo Rino brand has been in the market for the past 34 years.

In 2015, we launched our online platform ( extending our sales channels. We began to market our products via third-party e-commerce marketplace, namely Zalora, Lazada and Shopee in 2014, 2016 and 2018, respectively.

At present, we have 40 boutiques and outlets, as well as over 90 departmental store counters in Malaysia and online presence in other parts of the world.
