Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance MUJI’S presence in Malaysia.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (Facebook, Instagram, EDM, Blog, Website, Web Catalog).
• Plan, manage and organise workshops, exhibitions and store opening events.
• Collaborate with teams, advertising agencies and external vendors to create impactful marketing activities and marketing materials.
• Analyse campaign performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on competitors and industry trends.
Requirements
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Proven experience in marketing or a related role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing analytics tools preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
