Open Position: HR Manager (Renowned Retail based Company)

A renowned Retailed based company with presence across Malaysia is currently hiring a HR Manage r to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Possess Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Psychology or etc
  
• More than 10 years of HR management covering HR Operations Payroll Recruitment with more than 4 years experience in managing large number of employees (Executive & NonExecutive Levels)
  
• Develop and implement HR strategies policies and procedures to align with the organizations goals and objectives.
  
• Stay up to date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  
• Manage employee relations issues conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  
• Coordinate employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other employee perks.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Proficient in HRMS related App covering Annual Leave/Medical Leave Application Performance Appraisal and etc.
  
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
