ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN LEAD - SDR Outbound Sales Prospecting
Cold prospecting, reach out to potential customers who have never engaged with our company's product.

Inbound Sales Prospecting
Nurture leads who have shown interest in our products and have already engaged with our company through the marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Present our company & services and Solutions to potential prospects.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Sales Manager.
  • Report to the Sales Manager on sales results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-12 years work experience in APAC region.
  • Track record of generating qualified sales opportunities every month.
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, emailing and social outreach, Client interaction, Industries, and Culture in APAC operations.
  • Experience working with a CRM tool.
  • Should have experience in selling, Lead generation:
    1. Cloud and Data [Cloud services, Data & Analysis].
    2. Managed Services [Network, Infrastructure, Security, EUC, Applications].
    3. Digital Services [ Engineering, Digital Apps, Middleware & Integration].
    4. Enterprise Business System [EAM, Oracle, Salesforce].

Desired SDR will

  • Be quick on their feet, excel in having online conversations, master in tools, be great content finders, have a positive outlook.
  • Research, identify and prospect for new customers.
  • Have good knowledge of any vertical: Government, Retail, Energy, Pharmaceuticals, Telecom, Transportation, Healthcare and life science, Oil and Gas, Banking & Financial Services industry, competition, and compelling value proposition to make effective and meaningful conversations.
  • Reach out to potential leads, promptly follow up with those who have inquired about your company and offerings via phone, email and social media.
  • Write down the list of smart questions to ask during the call, or create a sales call script to qualify or disqualify leads, and to setup quality meetings with sales managers.
