In issuing, Qwikcilver serves leading corporates, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) brands, e-commerce companies, the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector and the airlines industry, with a presence across India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Australia. Qwikcilver is a go-to gift card provider among companies looking to, among other things, bolster their employee rewards program and issue closed-loop gift cards for customer acquisition.

In consumer app, Fave is a fintech platform for the next generation of consumers, providing smart payments and savings, while empowering merchants with a loyalty solution to grow and engage with their customers in a whole new way.

Role Summary

Responsible for growing the distribution footprint of Pine Labs Qwikcilver customers in Malaysia in order to increase the number of new buyers of various vouchers from Qwikcilver, managing the day to day sales discipline of performing face to face customers meetings, cold calling & networking to drive new sign ups, , ensuring that the short-term sales objectives are reached.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidates should possess Product/Solution selling experience to small and medium retail customers.
• Acquire new SME Corporate who are looking for buying vouchers for employee engagement, sales incentive and other rewards and recognition user cases.
• Has a flair for numbers and can deliver the assigned business targets driving sales activities.
• Customer centric approach with prior experience interfacing with customers.
• Should be an excellent negotiator.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to changes, takes initiative and have creative selling approaches.
• Should possess strong analytical, presentation, networking, relationship building skills. • Forecast potential sales and revenue targets effectively from new and existing markets and maximize sales. 

Qualifications

• Completed SPM/Diploma or Certificate.
• Ability to converse in local languages Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Ability to converse in Chinese language would be essential.
• Go-getter attitude and have interest in selling solutions.
• Willing to do outdoor sales.
• Possess own transportation.
