Job Description:
1. To handle various types of legal documentation for real estate and banking matters including agreement(s), form(s) and any other relevant conveyancing document(s). 2. To generally assist the attending Partner or Associate in respect of a variety of real estate and banking transactions including housing development projects and such other similar projects, sub-sale matters, retail/housing/property loans or facilities (both conventional and Islamic), discharge documents and attending to any other conveyancing matters.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Between 1-2 years relevant working experiences. 2. Possesses a good and positive working attitude. 3. Able to start work immediately. 4. Able to work independently and with minimum supervision. 5. Able to speak, draft and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
